1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Last Play Distro ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or platform.

2. Service Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use our service.
• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your account secure.

3. Artist Content & Copyright

• You must own or have all necessary rights/licenses to upload and distribute any music, artwork, or content via our platform.
• No unauthorized, infringing, or illegal content is allowed. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
• You grant Last Play Distro a non-exclusive license to distribute your content to the platforms you select.

4. Royalties & Payments

• Artists receive royalties based on their selected plan (60% Free, 85% Artist, 95% Label). Last Play Distro retains the remainder as a service fee.
• Payouts are processed monthly, usually after your account balance crosses the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• You are responsible for providing correct payout information through the supported payment methods shown in your dashboard.
• All applicable taxes, bank charges, or fees are your responsibility.

5. Account Use & Termination

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Platform Delivery

• We deliver your music to supported platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), but final acceptance is subject to each platform's policies.
• We do not guarantee placement, playlisting, or promotion by partner platforms.

7. Prohibited Use

• No spamming, automated uploads, artificial streaming, or manipulation of play counts allowed.
• No uploading of content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

8. Changes to Service

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, content takedowns by platforms, or data loss.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to courts located in Rajasthan, India.
